GTISL Leagues Offerings

The GTISL will offer the following leagues and tiers

​

  • U8 - U9 | 5v5 | Boys and Girls

  • U10 - U11 | 7v7 | Boys – Target + Development | Girls – Target + Development

  • U12 | 9v9 | Boys – Target + Development | Girls – Target + Development

  • U13 – U16 | 11v11 | Boys – Target + Development | Girls – Target

League Structure

  • U8 - U9 - 5v5

    • Boys and Girls divisions 

    • Games will be 2 x 20 minutes in length

    • Season length will be 18 games 

    • No Scores or Standings will be recorded

    • A referee will be assigned to each game

    • Field and goal dimensions to Ontario Soccer standards.

  • U12 9v9 

    • The league will offer both target and development divisions for both boys and girls teams

    • Games will be 2 x 25 minutes in length

    • Season length will be 18 games 

    • No Scores or Standings will be recorded

    • A referee will be assigned to each game

    • Field and goal dimensions to Ontario Soccer standards.

  • U10 - U11 - 7v7 

    • The league will offer both target and development divisions for both boys and girls teams

    • Games will be 2 x 25 minutes in length

    • Season length will be 18 games 

    • No Scores or Standings will be recorded

    • A referee will be assigned to each game

    • Field and goal dimensions to Ontario Soccer standards.

  • U13 - U16 11v11

    • The league will offer both target and development divisions for boys and a target division for girls teams

    • Schedule will be bi-weekly

    • Games will be 2 x 25 minutes in length

    • Season length will be 14 games 

    • Awards for league champions 

    • A referee and two assistants will be assigned to each game

    • Field and goal dimensions to FIFA standards
